Unloading and Handling Pipes and Couplings
Pipes are supplied in timber crates to facilitate safe and economical transport and to reduce the likelihood of damage during transit. Before attempting to unload Hardie Pipes personnel should be aware of the weight to be lifted. The mass of pipes is given in the following table:
